Shipping: My site has autogenerated shipping rates set by Shopify. However, they are not always accurate. (I cannot figure out why, and I've discussed this with IT, also). Please know that I always check, and refund back any overages.
Returns are only accepted for 3 days. Beyond this, I cannot except any returns. If this mistake is mine, I will pay the return shipping, otherwise that is the buyers responsibility. Please reach out to me ASAP with any issues.
